some of odes – English ( listening and reading ) تعلم انجليزي

Allah Knows

Word of this ode

When you feel all alone in this world
And there’s nobody to count your tears
Just remember, no matter where you are
Allah knows
Allah knows

When you carrying a monster load
And you wonder how far you can go
With every step on that road which you take
Allah knows
Allah knows
No matter what, inside or out
There’s one thing of which there’s no doubt
Allah knows
Allah knows

And whatever lies in the heavens and the earth
Every star in this whole universe
Allah knows
Allah knows

When you find that special someone
Feel your whole life has barely begun
You can walk on the moon, shout it to everyone
Allah knows
Allah knows
When you gaze with love in your eyes
Catch a glimpse of paradise
And you see your child take the first breath of life
Allah knows
Allah knows

When you lose someone close to your heart
See your whole world fall apart
And you try to go on but it seems so hard
Allah knows
Allah knows
You see we all have a path to choose
Through the valleys and hills we go
With the ups and the downs, never fret never frown
Allah knows
Allah knows

Every grain of sand,
In every desert land, He knows.
Every shade of palm,
Every closed hand, He knows.
Every sparkling tear,
On every eyelash, He knows.
Every thought I have,
And every word I share, He knows.
Allah knows

My mum is amazing

Words of it

my mom is amazing
She wakes up early in the morning with a smile
And she holds my head up high
Don’t you ever let anybody put you down
Cos you are my little angel

Then she makes something warm for me to drink
Cos it’s cold out there, she thinks
Then she walks me to school, Yes I aint no fool
I just think my Mom is amazing

She makes me feel
Like I can do anything
and when she’s with me
there’s no where else, I’d rather be…

After School, she’s waiting by the gate
I’m so happy that I just can’t wait
To get home to tell her how my day went
And eat the yummy food, only my Mom makes

Then I wind her up cos I don’t wanna bath
And we run around the house with a laugh
No matter what I say, she gets her way
I think my Mom is amazing

She makes me feel
Like I can do anything
and when she’s with me
there’s no where else, I’d rather be…

In the evening, she tucks me into bed
And I wrap my arms around her head
Then she tells me a tale of a girl far away
Who one day became a princess

I‘m so happy, I don’t want her to leave
So she lies in bed with me
As I close my eyes, how lucky am I
To have a Mom that’s so amazing

She makes me feel
Like I can do anything
and when she’s with me
there’s no where else, I’d rather be…

Then I wake up in the morning, she’s not there
And I realize she never was
And I’m still here in this lonely orphanage
With so many just like me

And as my dreams begin to fade
I try hard to look forward to my day
But there’s a pain in my heart that’s a craving
How I wish I had a Mom that’s amazing
Pizza in his pocket

Its words

Did you ever hear about the boy
Who ate and ate and ate!
He ate early in the morning
And he ate when it was late.
But he didn’t thank Allah for all the yummy food he had
And he ate so much it made him sick!
Which really made him sad.
He ate dates in Damascus, which he thought were very nice.
And hot samoosas in Sumatra, seasoned with a special spice.
He had tacos in Tijuana with some sauce he got from Spain
And a bowl of fresh bakalava that he bartered in Bahrain.
He said gyros made in Cairo are a taste that can’t be beat,
And the lemonade in Yemen made a very special treat.

But the turkey made in Turkey
Could still use a pinch of salt.
If you ever visit Malta, you should
Have a chocolate malt!
He had pizza in his pocket, he had ketchup on his shirt,
And he bought an ice-cream sundae, so he wouldn’t miss dessert.
He had pizza in his pocket, he had ketchup on his shirt,
And he bought an ice-cream sundae, so he wouldn’t miss dessert.

On a bay in the Bahamas,
He ate bon-bons in a bunch.
And then he rushed back
Home so he could make it
Just in time for lunch!
Then one day he saw a little girl, who held her tummy tight,
And he walked over and asked her if everything was alright.
She said she was so hungry and had been hungry for so long,
Then he realized the way he ate was very very wrong.
He looked down at his own tummy and he started feeling pain-
Pain from eating too much food, but he knew not to complain.
So he brought the girl some food, shared it with her family,
Then they thanked Allah for what they had, and then he let them be.
So let’s try to learn a lesson and let’s try to do what’s right.
Eat the food your parents give you without a fuss or fight.
Always be thankful to Allah for all your yummy food,
Share what you have with others, because not sharing is rude.
Being thankful is what’s really great.
Eat the veggies on your plate.
And don’t be like the boy who always ate and ate and ate!
Being thankful is what’s really great.
Eat the veggies on your plate.
And don’t be like the boy who always ate and ate and ate!

Go forward young muslim

Words

Go forward young Muslims,
wherever you are
In the shadow of the sun or by the light
of a star
Your supreme protector is Almighty Allah
Go forward young Muslims,
wherever you are
Go forward young Muslims,
whoever you are
Press forward and forward to the light
of Allah
And repeat and repeat,
al-Hamdu li ‘Llah
Go forward and forward,
whoever you are
Go forward young Muslims,
say bismi ‘Llah
Together we shall stand for the pleasure
of Allah
He’ll forgive us all, say insha’a ‘Llah
Go forward young Muslims,
al-Hamdu li ‘Llah
Go forward young Muslims,
wherever you are
Go forward young Muslims,
al-Hamdu li ‘Llah
Flowers are red

Words

The little boy went first day of school
He got some crayons and started to draw
He put colors all over the paper
For colors was what he saw
the teacher said.. What you doin’ young man
I’m paintin’ flowers see
She said… It’s not the time for art young man
And anyway flowers are green and red
There’s a time for everything young man
And a way it should be done
You’ve got to show concern for everyone else
For you’re not the only one
And she said…
Flowers are red
Green leaves are green
There’s no need to see flowers any other way
Than they way they always have been seen
But the little boy said…

There are so many colors in the rainbow
So many colors in the morning sun
So many colors in the flower and I see every one

Well the teacher said.. You’re saucy
There’s ways that things should be
And you’ll paint flowers the way they are
So repeat after me…..
And she said…
Flowers are red
Green leaves are green
There’s no need to see flowers any other way
Than they way they always have been seen
But the little boy said again…
There are so many colors in the rainbow
So many colors in the morning sun
So many colors in the flower and I see every one

The teacher put him in a corner
She said.. It’s for your own good..
And you won’t come out ’til you get it right
And all responding like you should
Well finally he got lonely
Frightened thoughts filled his head
And he went up to the teacher
And this is what he said..
Flowers are red, green leaves are green
There’s no need to see flowers any other way
Than the way they always have been seen
Time went by like it always does
And they moved to another town
And the little boy went to another school
And this is what he found
The teacher there was smilin’
She said…Painting should be fun
And there are so many colors in a flower
So let’s been every one
But that little boy painted flowers
In neat rows of green and red
And when the teacher asked him why
This is what he said..
Flowers are red, green leaves are green
There’s no need to see flowers any other way
Than the way they always have been seen.
but they are must will be
have children say

There are so many colors in the rainbow
So many colors in the morning sun
So many colors in the flower and I see every one
Deen-il-Islam

Words

If you ask me
Why do I stand here
So unafraid
Of everything around me
Proudly I will say
I am a Muslim
If you ask her
Why does she dress that way
All covered up
In a world that gives it all away
Proudly she will say
I am a Muslim
دين الإسلام ديني ولا عمري بغير ديني محمد اللي هديني نور الإيمان
دين الإسلام ديني ولا عمري بغير ديني محمد اللي هديني نور الإيمان

If you ask me
Surely this cannot be
You give your way so free
And you say your life is charity
It isn’t hard to see
I am a Muslim
If you ask him
Why does it hurt so
When he sees injustice
Even though it’s folks he doesn’t know
Tears in his eyes he’ll say
I am a Muslim
دين الإسلام ديني ولا عمري بغير ديني محمد اللي هديني نور الإيمان
دين الإسلام ديني ولا عمري بغير ديني محمد اللي هديني نور الإيمان
If you ask her
Why doesn’t she cry
There’s no one by her side
She’s the only one that’s left behind
Patiently she sighed
I am a Muslim
If you ask him
Why does he still pray
Five times a day
When so many others have strayed
Smiling he would say
I am a Muslim
دين الإسلام ديني ولا عمري بغير ديني محمد اللي هديني نور الإيمان
دين الإسلام ديني ولا عمري بغير ديني محمد اللي هديني نور الإيمان

If you ask me
Why do I love you
No matter where you are
We are the greatest ummah
With the beating of our hearts
We are Muslims

A cry from Iraq

Walking through the streets of Iraq
My heart is filled with sadness
Oh Allah, Oh Allah
The streets are stained with blood and death

Oh Allah, Oh Allah
The streets are stained with blood and death

The cries of all the children fill my ears
The cries of orphan-children I hear
Not knowing what their future holds
The streets are stained with blood and death

Oh Allah, Oh Allah
The streets are stained with blood and death

Widows and mothers cry in despair
For loved ones lost in bloodshed
Watching and waiting in pain
The streets are stained with blood and death

Oh Allah, Oh Allah
The streets are stained with blood and death

The people I see are filled with fear
Of bombs and guns and being homeless
Not certain if the box that they hold
Has food in it or cluster-bombs

Oh Allah, Oh Allah
The streets are stained with blood and death

Colored Pencils Techniques للدراسة

Step One: With a color photocopy of a reference photo, I rearranged and cropped elements of the poppy composition. Using an HB pencil and light pressure, I drew my composition onto four-ply, 100% cotton museum board (frequently found among framing supplies

Colored Pencils Techniques

Step Two: Using very light pressure, I started applying the first colored pencil layer, adding more emphasis where the values will be deeper. Note that the pencil application still appears granular and that the texture of the museum board is still visible

Colored Pencils Techniques

Step Three:
To create the veins in the leaves and the fuzzy texture of the pod and stem, as well as the individual strands of stamens, I put down a sheet of translucent drafting paper. (Heavy tracing paper works as well.) With a very sharp 7H graphite pencil and heavy pressure, I drew the lines for veins, fuzz, and stamens on the drafting paper, impressing them into the surface of the museum board. Following that step with a contrasting layer of darker color, these features show up dramatically on the leaves, stem, pod, and center of the flower. I also added deeper values of rose in the shadowed areas of the flower petals

Step Four:
To intensify the colors and to make them appear less granular, I began blending with a clear, alcohol-based blending marker. The solvent within dissolved the binder (which may be wax or vegetable oil) in the colored pencil layer, releasing the pigment in a fluid manner. This also helped to "fill in" the flecks of the tooth of the paper, making the color appear more dense

Step Five:
I continued intensifying the color, using a non-pigmented blending pencil over a previous layer; then I repeated a layer or two of color, much like a "color sandwich". This process is called "burnishing" and can be repeated for subsequent layering of color, like a double-decker or triple-decker sandwich. The rich, dark negative space was done in this manner, layering colors and burnishing, then repeating the colors for a deep, rich saturation. The deep, smeary flecks of pollen were rendered by heavily applying "freckles" of burgundy, then slightly smudging them with the tip of a blending marker. Finally, a few of the tiny wisps of fuzz on the pod and stem were scratched carefully into the board with a sharp X-acto knife, to achieve a striking contrast of light against the deep background
